The University of East Anglia's Enterprise Centre is targeting Passivhaus and BREEAM Outstanding, has created new industry locally and nationally, and has made innovative use of traditional materials. As a result, it has been labelled as the UK’s greenest commercial building. It is an inspirational example of the potential for sustainability-aware architecture and local, bio-renewable materials.
