National Journeys towards Education for Sustainable Development 2011, edited by Ingrid Mulà and Daniella Tilbury from the University of Gloucestershire and published by the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), has sourced information from a series of national reviews commissioned by UNESCO in 2010 in Chile, Indonesia, Kenya, the Netherlands and Oman. The countries selected illustrate the diversity of ESD (Education for Sustainable Development) approaches and initiatives in different parts of the world. The report also provides a platform for reflection for those key stakeholders seeking to integrate ESD at country levels.
