The Travel and Transport Topic Support Network held their bi-annual meeting in collaboration with ACT TravelWise at the University of Dundee on 27th May 2015.
The group heard from 3 key speakers - Ross Milligan from Edinburgh College about the research value as well as practical benefits of the College's electric fleet, Paul McCorkell from Enterprise Cars / City Car Club about the decision whether to own or hire a car or join a car club, and Mark Pennington from Tusker Cars about purchasing low carbon cars through a salary sacrifice scheme. There were also discussions on the developments and priorities for travel and transport within the further and higher education sector.
