Sustainability Banners

Hannah Munroe, Sustainability Officer, Newcastle University, thought she would share with EAUC members some banners that they had produced for engaging students with sustainability on campus. The banners were designed by creative company Smith Creative, printed on pull up banners used for student facing events and will tour the buildings on campus in the new semester Autumn 2012. engaging students with sustainability on campus.

Hannah said, "These banners were created to raise awareness of environmental sustainability on campus as well as increasing the profile of the Sustainability Team. We use them at student facing events such as Fresher’s week and open days at stalls to introduce the team. The banners were designed to be fun, engaging and high impact so that they attract attention. In periods that they are not being used for events they will tour the foyer areas on buildings on campus to increase the spread of the sustainability message."
