Perth College UHI has been running an innovative programme which allows their staff and students to work in care homes. The aim is to provide physical activity programmes for older adults in order to improve mobility and quality of life.

The project is a great example of SDG 3 - Good Health and Wellbeing and also relates to SDG 4 - Quality Education as it is allowing students to practise their skills and develop their own programmes.
