On Tuesday 22nd March 2016, the Community Engagement Topic Support Network met at Glasgow School of Art for an event focusing on the use of social media by universities and colleges to engage about sustainability.

The event took the form of an in-depth skill-share, allowing attendees to share knowledge and experiences, and the group to identify any particular shared issues which need professional support through formal training.

  • Dealing with Difficult People
  • Effective Monitoring
  • Changing Behaviour with Social Media
