The sustainability champion working from within is a wonderful thing to recognise, but if colleges and universities are to really change and become beacons of good practice sustainability must become part of the core purpose of senior leaders. This session will explore and discuss the conundrum of how to move sustainability to the centre-ground of leadership, the arguments to make, the rhetoric to use, and the strategic levers to exploit.
