This session will start with a brief presentation showing an overview of the theory behind behaviour change. The workshop will focus on moving from awareness to action – with behaviour change as part of a successful change programme using examples from the sector and industry. It will also provide practical examples of how to successfully present to senior executives and governors. Finally we will hold a debate and discuss what each of the challenges are, then workshop how these opposing challenges can come together?
