The indirect emission from your institution are often a tough area to report on when asked for your Scope 3 emissions. With these emissions being outside your control, for example outsourced waste disposal or transport emissions from vehicles the institutions don’t own, it means that it can be tricky to collate accurate data for this scope and also know whether to include it in your reporting or not.
