HEFCE Revolving Green Fund 3: application assessments and outcomes July 2013

The Revolving Green Fund provides recoverable grants to institutions for projects investing in energy-efficiency and low-carbon technologies to reduce their carbon emissions.  This report has been produced following the assessment of applications to the third round of the Revolving Green Fund (RGF3), with a total value of £20,546,031. It describes the rationale and processes for the two strands of RGF3 including application numbers, values and types of projects, and anticipated carbon savings across the sector.
