UK Low Carbon International Marketing Strategy
9th January 2009
The UK’s Low Carbon International Marketing Strategy is due to be launched in March 2009. The strategy’s findings so far have been summarised in the attached Interim Report.
The final round of stakeholder engagement is being conducted before the strategy’s launch. As part of that, any views or comments you may have on the Report would be appreciated, considering in particular the following points;
• Do you agree with the leadership claims set out for the UK in section 6.1?
• Do you agree with the outline of UK strengths in the low carbon area in sections 6.3, 6.4, 6.5 and 6.6?
• It would be helpful if you could reflect critically on the proposition – does it resonate? Is it compelling? (Section 8)
Any general thoughts and feedback would also be appreciated as would any examples of business or organisational case studies of low carbon practise which could potentially feed into section 9 - ‘Bringing the Proposition to Life’.
