EAUC Christmas Volunteering Day 2016

On Monday 19th December, the EAUC team spent the day volunteering with Cheltenham based charity County Community Projects (CCP), taking part in their annual Hamper Scamper Appeal. EAUC supported this project by volunteering in 2014 and staff were delighted to have the opportunity to support such a worthy cause again.

Hamper Scamper is CCP’s Christmas Giving Scheme, designed to spread a little cheer to some of the most disadvantaged children, young people, families and vulnerable adults at Christmas.

CCP's aim is to provide around 1250 hampers and more than 2,750 gifts to families and people living in poverty this Christmas. Every year the charity sees a rise in the numbers of people requiring their support through the Hamper Scamper Appeal.
