DCLG Publishes Guidance on Display Energy Certificates

The Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) has published two new documents on Display Energy Certificates ahead of the new legislation coming into force on 1st October 2008.

Both the transitional document, Display Energy Certificates & Advisory
Reports: Transitional arrangements for buildings on a site or campus, and the booklet, Getting Ready for DECs, provide the user with guidance and good practice examples on how to comply with the new regulations.
