Call for refurbishment projects to pilot BREEAM Refurbishment criteria

BREEAM are currently drafting the BREEAM Refurbishment criteria for non-domestic buildings and are looking for refurbishment projects that can be used to pilot the scheme. It is important that they have buildings from the higher education sector represented in the pilot so that they can ensure the criteria can be applied for university buildings.

Suitable projects may be minor or major refurbishments or the fit-out of shell buildings. They will need to be undergoing refurbishment or due to commence refurbishment when the piloting begins in July 2012.
