We are delighted to inform you that Charlotte Bonner will be our next CEO!
Our Chair, Jim Longhurst says:
"The Interview Panel met on the 17th of October to interview 5 candidates from a long list of some 50 applicants. At the end of the process the Board had identified a number of appointable candidates. In an extremely strong field Charlotte performed exceptionally well in interview delivering a compelling vision and a strategy to implement it. The panel has offered the post to Charlotte who has accepted the role. The EAUC is fortunate that alongside Charlotte we will continue to benefit from the stability and experience that Fiona brings and will continue to bring as Deputy CEO.
Some of you will know Charlotte from her role at the Education and Training Foundation where she is the National Head of Education for Sustainable Development (ESD) or from her previous roles with SOS and NUS. You can read more about Charlotte here."
Charlotte says:
"I am delighted to be joining the team as CEO in February. I'm looking forward to working with the whole EAUC community to ensure the tertiary education sector is supported and challenged to equip learners for their futures and shape society for the better.”
Charlotte will start on 20th February 2023 and Fiona will remain as Interim CEO until this time.
