How is your institutions’ district heat network working for you? This session was an opportunity to hear about the case study of the University of St Andrews’ current and potential future district heat networks before delegates shared their own best practices with a panel including Andrew Snipe and John Treble of The Green Consultancy – which has extensive experience of optimising the design of university district heat networks.
The discussion covered different network approaches, how they have performed, and methods that have worked for you. By sharing best practice there is an opportunity for the entire sector to review and continually improve the way district heat networks are managed.
This session was part of Influence, the EAUC’s 2019 Annual Conference. All resources from the day can be found here.
