A red hot social enterprise - The Cheltenham Chilli Company

The aim of the project was simple; get students producing their own food sustainably. Supported by Union staff, University of Gloucestershire (UoG) Sustainability Team and members of the community, students regenerated a disused University greenhouse and its surrounding area on campus so that it could grow large numbers of chilli plants.
