One Planet MBA

The One Planet MBA is a unique programme designed to develop a new generation of managers and leaders who will transform businesses and deliver more sustainable strategies. The One Planet MBA challenges the traditional approach to management education and includes a unique partnership with WWF and distinct approaches to teaching and learning

There is a need for a new generation of managers capable of developing more sustainable business approaches. Conventional MBA modules of corporate responsibility and ethical management are not adequate in this respect. However, core values of responsible management and sustainable business run throughout the One Planet MBA offered by the University of Exeter. Co-founded in partnership with WWF, this innovative programme works closely with a number of corporate leaders, such as Coca Cola. The MBA intake of Exeter has increased as a result of this programme, which is global in both outlook and student composition. Moreover, the sustainability dimension has attracted a number of corporate leaders, paving the way for diverse contributions, such as guest speakers, scholarships and placements.
