A presentation from Day 2 of the 17th EAUC Annual Conference 2013
Stream: Leadership & Governance
This stream incorporates aspects of leadership, staff engagement and human resources
Topics covered:
Opportunities for systemic change for sustainability often come from many different sources, whether external or internal drivers. Within this, changes in senior leadership, and their strategic priorities, can have profound impacts on an organisation. This session will explore the impact of these at Canterbury Christ Church University, through analysing how the sustainability agenda has been developed and supported throughout its journey. As part of this we consider the underpinning links to the University values, the development and interpretation of its strategic plan, organisational structure and draw on the views of senior and executive officers
Speakers:
Dr. Peter Rands, Director of Sustainability Development and Dr. Janet Haddock-Fraser, Dean, Faculty of Social and Applied Sciences, Canterbury Christ Church Univeristy.
