DMU has over the past few years developed a series of innovative approaches to visualising energy data and communicating energy use to students and staff. This has included the Green Gown winning Greenview and the current Smartspaces project. This session will explain how these projects were developed and the lessons learnt from our approach. The session will also feature information on the way that the Student Switch Off campaign has communicated energy data in the past and showcase future plans to incorporate real-time energy visualisation
