University of Manchester contacted the EAUC Educational Members' Network to ask about food waste bins for restaurants:
“Has anyone installed food waste collection bins in restaurants/ cafes for customers to emptyfood waste directly from their plates into specific bins. We are currently looking at the possibility of providing this option for some of our larger restaurants but have not seen any bins that would suit our needs for practicality and aesthetics.”
