Fair trade EAUC Community of Practice convenor, Liz Cooper, sent out a survey to the group's members requesting their thoughts on fair trade in our institutions and what they would like from this Community of Practice.  

This guide shares some interesting ideas and thoughts on Fair Trade in tertiary education, plus the challenges faced in staff and student engagement.
