On the 28th November 2017 EAUC-Scotland hosted a webinar exploring the disposable cup challenge. This was held with contributions from Michael Lenaghan, Environmental Analyst at Zero Waste Scotland and Professor Wouter Poortinga, Environmental Psychologist at the Welsh School of Architecture and the School of Psychology at Cardiff University.
The webinar helps give an overview of the problem we face regarding single use coffee cups, what is currently being done, what needs to be done and how we can do it. Professor Wouter Poortinga gives an insight into a field experiment conducted by himself to change behaviour around reusable cups.
