This module will explore the importance of wellbeing action plans and making sure it will embed them into 1-2-1 as early as impossible, ideally at induction stage with a member of staff. It will look at where you could have checking times as groups, so that wellbeing conversations are a natural part of staff meetings. It will map out the challenges that managers may face and when they can reach out for certain things and where they can get support form within the business and outside of the business.
