Promoting Sustainability through Powerful Communication

This course will set the context of Sustainability with the sector, looking at particular barriers and opportunities and looking at some relevant case studies. It will then look at Communicating and Presenting Sustainability to Management and Senior Leadership, including planning and delivering a presentation and ensuring ongoing dialogue.
Who Should Attend?
Anyone who who wants to influence others to make Sustainability part of the Whole Organisation mindset.
Course Objectives
To allow attendees to understand how to influence and promote sustainability by maximising their communication skills in a variety of situations, on a number of formal/ informal occasions and with a range of differing personalities and occupational and age groups
To give attendees a variety of “Presentational” skills, knowledge, tools, techniques and “tricks of the trade” to be able to connect, build rapport, create an impact and influence a range of audiences and on a variety of occasions in areas pertaining to sustainability

- What will help and hinder our ability to communicate the topic of sustainability
