Liz Thompson, Environmental Compliance Officer, Nottingham Trent University emailed the Members’ network to ask,
“Do any universities have Energy Performance Certificates for halls of residence? We have some halls which have shared kitchens and bathrooms and are wondering if we need to provide a copy of the building EPC to students when they move in at the start of the year. Does anyone else do this? Or is it only necessary if they are self-contained flats?”
