Engaging with Professional Departments

Winning the interest and support of professional services departments can make or break the success of sustainability initiatives. How often do you bemoan the fact that you finance department just don’t get it, or the catering or IT team have different priorities? Working in partnership with our key sustainability contacts and representatives from professional departments, supported by desk-based research, the EAUC’s Scotland Team have created Guides and Case Studies to support building relationships with five departments: Finance, HR, Marketing, IT and Catering. Join this session to learn some of the most interesting examples and opportunities identified, and be part of creating Guide 6 as we select another professional department and explore how to develop a strong and fruitful relationship.
