This document was initially produced for the Universities and Colleges Climate Commitment for Scotland with the Assistance of the Scottish Environmental Protection Agency (SEPA) and Dr Ann Galbraith of the University of Glasgow. It has since been developed to make it relevant to the whole of the UK.
