Double-sided printing - EAUC Member responses

Charlotte Bonner, NUS, asked the EAUC Educational Members' Network for their experiences with the introduction of double-sided printing.

“As a result of one of our Green Impact Students’ Unions audits, we have come up against an IT team who currently refuse to default their printers to duplex/double-side as they believe people make more mistakes if they print in duplex and therefore end up using more paper. Does anyone have any information or case studies about the amount of paper saved when switching to a default double-sided printing system?”
