This LGM HEFCE funded project, led by Harper Adams University College supported institutions with extensive landholdings (including farmed land) to enable them to:
measure greenhouse gas emissions arising from agricultural activities in their educational estate
establish realistic carbon equivalent reduction targets
develop informed carbon management plans.

The project which was funded under the Leading Sustainable Development in HE initiative ran from August 2010 to May 2011.
