Professor Mohamed Tahiri
I started in 2007 with a Switzerland NGO that specialised in the environment and I worked with a local team for at least one year in an application field. Since then, I have been really very interested in environmental protection and evaluating of impacts. I setup a module at the university called Environment Economy and I started teaching this subject matter in 2009. I supervise each year many activities in relation to biodiversity and environment protection in general. I have been awarded the Hassan II Price for eco-citizen practices and initiatives in June 2009. I have also received honours on sustainable entrepreneurship and green technologies in 2012 from AFP-USA Washington. I continue to develop many activities at universities and high schools which promote creativity in green spaces and biodiversity.
