Cardboard

Large volumes of cardboard are often a problem in FHE institutions.

Try to reuse your boxes for storage within your institution.
Discarded boxes should be flattened and ideally baled for storage, prior to removal by the recycler or paper merchant. Contamination by water can be a problem if the cardboard is not stored in a dry area.

The market for used cardboard fluctuates considerably. Recyclers may charge a small amount for the collection of the material, may provide uplift free of charge, and sometimes may even make a small payment.

Check Recyclenow for your nearest facility but be aware that they are not usually for commercial businesses.
